Hot Patch Version 02 09 01 04

Attached is a zipped file that contains the new MWIF.exe: version 02.09.01.04. It also contains the release notes shown below.
Like the Hot Patch before it, if this version performs well over the next few days, we'll release it as a Public Beta (for NetPlay) next week.

All Modes of Play
1. Fixed a typo in Allowing Moves through Sweden that was causing a fatal error when Norway was NOT neutral.
2. Fixed a problem with anti-aircraft fire by both sides against Ground Support air units, which was causing the program to halt after the attacking side fired their AA unit.
NetPlay
3. Fixed a problem with the non-phasing computer zeroing out the action limits for all major powers for the phasing side at the start of a Global War game.
4. Fixed a couple of problems with the USSR occupying the Baltic States.
