I'm trying to determine how badly I am starving the Axis of MPPS. It's THE crucial strategic factor of the war. In the MPP graph - is the Green line (collected income) a cumulative value like a balance sheet or does it just display what they collected each month regardless of expenditures?

In other words, how do I read this graph or any other display to tell how poor or rich the axis has become?

Has anyone developed any other source of data from the game?
