Supply Problem

I'm playing the Allies in Sicily 43 w-supply scenario. It's a PBEM game.
I am having major supply issues.
It's turn 19. Allies have captured Agrigento and Siacca on the south coast and have held them for many turns. In fact, the US divisions
have moved on further down the coast almost to Trapani.
The problem is extremely low supply is reaching Agrigento and Siacca and points further on
I've tried having HQ there and even those 2 logistic units included in the scenario even though I have no idea what they are for.
I had 2d armored division sitting on the port of Agrigento for 4 turns with its HQ adjacent and the division is getting just a trickle of
supplies.
Turning on the supply visual shows maybe 8/9 whereas the nearest supply point at Gela has 34.
What am I missing about supply?
Is this maybe a busted scenario?

Thanks. I did review the youtube before I posted my question but it wasn't helpful for my specific problem.
Could it be the two units that have trucks (labeled as transportation unit) only should be placed somewhere like a supply point(port) and not moved at all?
No RR in this scenario.

Which YT video and tutorial are you referring to, please? If there are some questions about my slides and the mechanics I tried to explain (as best as I could), drop me a line here and I'll try to clarify it.

The youtube link above in post#2.
The video is informative but I didn't find/learn anything that would help explain my problem.
However, in post#3 above the second link may explain some of my problem.
You mention in your second slide about transport net and again in a further slide but it wasn't clear about the effects. Is it true that ALL units with trucks/etc contribute to the net and my 2d armored problem had to do with the other divisions moving around using up trucks and not the 2d armored trucks?
note: I didn't move the 2d armored Div for 4 turns and still didn't improve the supply/fuel.

If the units with trucks don't move, they do indeed contribute to the supply net/shared transport assets.

Maybe you should dump the save game file of your actually game here to let us have a look. I am German, but we haven't mastered telepathy (yet) ;) +1

What do you mean by "dump the saved game file"?
It's a PBEM game with PW???

This is a low supply scenario, which sort of means that you limit your movement and combat to when necessary, or you operate in the orange and red the whole time. The best thing you can do to get units in the green is to park them on a Supply Point with a cooperative HQ. The two units like the one pictured below have no effect on supply, and Transport Asset Sharing at best will gain you 1 or 2 points.

Yeah I've tested asset sharing in TOAWIII and the most I ever got was 3 points no matter how many trucks I threw at it. But +1 is better than +0. [;)]

Ahhh...okay, it's the scenario.
Thank you for clearing it up for me.

Turn 20 Allied:
Supply stockpile=30
Supply enhancement due to force transport asset sharing=4
Enemy interdiction reduction=4%
effective supply=32
Radius=4

Its the length of the supply that's the problem. I'm not sure this is a realistic scenario with the ports everywhere.
I guess those two transport units are useless.
