If I understand correctly the usa needs to have the burma road option in order to send resources to china. The resource in the philipines for me at least is unused. What sea zones do I need to have a usa convoy in, so that I can move the resouces to china?
I am guessing south china sea...but I would love clarification on what sea zones are needed.

That should work since opening the Burma Road also includes the rail link north from Hanoi, but if IndoChina is Vichy or JP-controlled or JP controls or ZoCs the road going north from IndoChina, then you also need a CP in the Bay of Bengal.
