Bug in Total Victory Points panel

Bug in Total Victory Points panel:
[1] Tool Tip Message over Axis flag indicates "Axis victory points" but tool tip over the actual box containing the points says "ALLIED victory points".
[2]Tool Tip Message over Allied flag says "Allied victory points" but Tool Tip Message over Allied victory points box does not exist at all.
Not a big deal----but beginners really depend on these tool-tip messages; and if they are wrong, it can magnify frustration with an interface that has a HUGE amount of variability that us newbies are trying to make sense of.
