Unable to post in forum.
err message i get: "You are not allowed to post links, emails or phone numbers for 7 days from the date of your tenth post"

What's wrong with my post that I get this message? It has no emails, links. or phone numbers in the post... yet it says I can't post because of that reason.

In which forum?
