Guidelines for Steam Workshop scenario uploads

Here is a summary how to upload scenarios to the Steam Workshop.
For new scenarios, just put all the files in one folder (.sce file, and any graphical assets you might have), for example
Documents\My Games\The Operational Art of War IV\Scenarios\Custom\New Scenario\.
You’re done.
To modify an older scenario of yours to upload it to Steam, it’s a little more complicated, because you have to gather the files into one folder. For an existing scenario like Kasserine 43, you’ll have to copy or move the needed files from the Install/Scenario and Install/Graphics to a new folder called something like Documents\My Games\The Operational Art of War IV\Scenarios\Custom\Kasserine 43.
Custom is just an example, you should use whatever folder is most appropriate like TUTORIAL.
Once you have everything in the same directory, test your scenario, then open it in the editor and select ‘Export to Steam.’ Wait about 10 seconds before closing the editor.
For updating your scenario in the Workshop, make sure you have subscribed to it yourself before doing so, to avoid creating a duplicate instead of updating the existing Workshop entry.

This information from Tamas is incomplete. If you have any modified files and you follow the instructions given by Tamas those modified files will not be loaded by the game. Instead it will load the generic files. This is because of the way Norm designed the custom graphics loading scheme. I don't know why he did it the way he did but we are stuck with it.
So, to upload a scenario to the Steam Workshop and get it to use your custom graphics you have to do the following.
Create a folder in the Graphics Override section of the Operational Art of War directory exactly as you normally would with the name of the scenario that will use your custom graphics.
Then put all of the files for the scenario in that folder including the scenario.
Open the game and load the scenario located in the Graphics Override folder that you named above into the Scenario Editor.
Export to Steam as you normally would.
Now when you Open Opart and look for this scenario that you subscribed to from the Steam Workshop you will click on the file folder icon on the far left of the 'Select New Game' window. In there is a item 'Graphics Override'. Click on that and that's where the scenario is located. Because of the way Norm has the game programmed this is the only way your custom graphics will show up with your scenario.
Now I have to find a way for any documentation to show.
