Hotfix for tooltips

Hi Everyone,
This is a quick, zipped version of the 4.1.0.8 build released yesterday on Steam.
It's purpose is to restore the tooltips that got accidentaly disabled in the latest patch.
You can download it from here:

It needs to be unzipped into the Matrix version's main folder, by default that is C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix Games\The Operational Art of War IV
Overwrite old files when prompted.
We'll probably have a couple of other fixes added (namely, hopefully a fix for a Chinese localisation issue, and a few updated scenarios that didn't make the cut for the big patch) and we release an official Matrix (and Steam) patch together with those. In the meantime, please use this hotfix if you wish to have the tooltips restored.
