Amphibious attack bug

Patch hasn't fixed an error introduced with v4. If a coast hex is occupied by an enemy unit, it's highly unlikely that the AI will attempt to assault it.

A simple way to check this out is with the ancient Normandy44 scenario.

If bombardment plus possibly attack by an airborne unit clears a hex at Utah or one of the Brit beaches, the scheduled assault force for that beach will land. Otherwise, nothing.

Bombardment will almost never clear an Omaha hex, so almost always there is no Omaha assault.

Whatever the limitations of this scenario, at least in the olden days it used to work.

Interesting! I must have looked at it last with some version before that.

I'm changing a setting to see if it makes a difference while also trying to figure out the folder issue in the other thread !

Edit: I added a Berzerker Strategic Bias to the Allied PO for the first turn, but it made no difference. If there were anything we could do, it would take more time modifying Objectives and Formation Settings.
