Does the Morale Bump the Soviets get when the allies land a few units in France and occupy Brittany go away once they have been driven off the continent a few turns later?

(I had this happen in the Fall of 41 in a game before Smolensk had fallen and the Russian moral is still above 100 even after Smolensk has fallen as well as Kiev and Dneprovask ... I don't think the Siberians have even arrived yet. And the US hasn't even entered! I don't know how he has maintained such a high moral.)

Conversely, does Italian moral recover some if the Allies are driven from Sicily and Sardinia? What if Libyan towns are later recaptured?

These don't I'm afraid, these would require more complicated scripts than most to effect.

It would have to be in some strength, i.e. one Allied unit landing shouldn't trigger it.

If I read the scripts correctly, there are three conditions for France: you need each 4 units near St.Malo, Caen and Amiens. But since the zones overlap you need a less than 12 units to trigger the boost.

In Italy 3 units in Sicily and 3 around Naples should do the job.

Disclaimer:
Since I did not try it out playing, I cannot say for sure if you need to fulfill all conditions or just one, to trigger a boost. In any case you need at least 4 units in France respectively 3 in Italy to get a shot to trigger the events.
