Yup. It's a good policy too.
Way too many spambots come on here and try to link to sites of 'genuine counterfeit' passports, game / gambling sites that are poorly regulated and so on. Or they try to 'run out the clock' by merely cutting and pasting forum rules in an effort to gin up their post count...THEN they try to post a bunch of spam.
