Short review:

Main conclusion: "Armored Brigade should be approached as a single-player sandbox. Once the title’s 15 missions have been run through, the game’s longevity largely depends on how enamored you are with the scenario generator. It also shipped with a robust map editor however, so it shouldn't be long before the community starts churning out new territories to make war on, expanding the sandbox even more."
Very positive review on the maps and the way you select them. Positive on how gamers will come up to speed quickly. Positive on how game play creates tension. "Armored Brigade is overflowing with wargaming goodness".
Seems to me the reviewer is saying that unless lack of multi-player or the time period are non-starters, then Armored Brigade is a no brainer.
