Air missions attacking same target not different ones

I have a strike mission setup in a certain area and 10-12 groups of aircraft flying to attack the targets. What l've noticed is that they all head to the same target, destroy it and then head to the next target. Is there a way to allow them to attack different targets?

Yea, l tried the off axis attack setting, didn't seem to work.

Did you also change the WRA? It takes both.
