Does the box set (as opposed to the digital download) still come with the book Manual? Thinking of buying as a gift for someone, and I had bought the box for myself in the past, which came with the book (which was really well done.) I see the digital only on sale for $20 and the box for $40. Just wanted to verify that the box contains the manual book. Thanks.

And I am talking about the Strategic Command WWII War in Europe.

I just bought the Strategic Command WW2 box set and I got box with DVD but no printed manual - so check at time of ordering, the box printed insert says manual is pdf; some boxed games have manuals some don't.
