Have you created a PBEM++ login and logged in before for this game? If you have, hit the edit button and check all of the data that pops up in the lower panel. In some cases, including mine, the change over to a unified login some time back messed up the information and once I put it in correctly I could log back in. Keep us posted on what happens.

only if they have been linked etc, and typed as they are, so for me, it's zakblood, not ZakBlood, which will give an error

check your antivirus to see if it's stopped anything, or have any popup blocker installed, or even if your main language is supported in game

Just to check, what happens when you hit the Edit button? Do you get the info display in the bottom panel?

I had the exact same problem as above and it worked for me as well. BUT when I do go to log in, I need the game key when I go to edit. Where do I find the game key?

Scotty, the key should be in the download info you got when you bought the game on the Matrix site. If you registered your game you can also get the key from your Members Area showing all your games.
