As title. Will there be a book like Europe version?

PDF only, there is no printed Manual for this release.

I have a general question -- not just for this but for games like TOAOW and others. If the manual is available only on PDF, is it permissible to send it to a POD service and make one print copy just for yourself?

If not, where do the manuals live on Steam so I can at the very least put them on my tablet?
