Hi, I'm not sure if bombing cities with strategic bombers inflict national morale losses [&:]

I don't believe it does, but it probably should. On the other hand, Germany got bombed pretty good, and it doesn't seem to have bothered them all that much, other than lost production.

It should do, but as Markiss says, the effect is not massive.
