Dear Fury Software tech support,

When I try to connect to the PBEM server, I get the error message "Connection Error [1]" and further "Transferred not enough data" (please see screen capture attached). The game continues to the next screen, where I can type username and password, but I can't get into the game with my regular username and password in Steam, which I use for games such as SC WWWII War in Europe.

Could you tell me how to solve this issue please?

You've to login with the username and password of your Slitherine/Matrix account and not the Steam none.
