Hello all,
I thought I remembered reading about this issue before where the target is clearly in range but will not attack saying target is out of weapons range. I was not able to find that post so...

In the saved game, DDG71 USS Ross will not shoot at the MiG-29SMT Fulcrum #465 [range 58nm] saying that the target is not in range. I tried manual and auto attacks will no success.

the RIM-66M-2 SM-2MR BLK IIIA that are loaded up in the MK41 VLS Cells have a maximum range of 50 NM, so the Mig-29 is still not in range.

The max range of the RIM-161B SM-3 is represented in the range cirle of the Arleigh Burke, but those missiles are used to intercept ballistic missiles and guided munitions, only.

I am glad the it was me and not the game! I would have felt bad sacking the captain but I guess I can keep him on my Christmas card list.
