Hi!
When I start game I can't see the intro. All i see is black screen. I can hear sound but no video. Maybe it's silly but I like to watch the intro. Any one else has this problem? Any ideas what's going on?

Start it, on top left hit "Fixes" (under "General"), in the next menu just the two checkboxes on top should be marked, then hit "Apply and Close"
AFAIR if it finds and fixes something a logfile should pop up in your text editor. But I'm not sure about this.
Reboot afterwards.

EDIT. I found video folder and I can play all the vidoes in my video player. Strange

Hi.I have the same Problem with my steam Version. I have an old cd Version that works nice,but if i start from steam no Videos Play,did you manage that small Problem?

If the CD version works and Steam's doesn't blame steam. The game looks for a specific file name, and if it can't find it, it can't play it. This is one way to stop any game from playing an intro, after all how many times do you need to see it.

I have same issue, I just hit escape repeatedly and it puts me to main menu
