It would be very useful if you add a comment section to a PBEM challenge when the challenge is set up

like

"No Major Country Diplo plz"

etc

I have heard this suggested a few times, but don't you need to PM the person hosting the challenge to get the password anyway? Wouldn't that be an ideal time to bring up such matters? If one person does not agree, the password could simply not be shared.
If you don't want any house rules, then you could host a challenge without a password and take whatever you get.
