Hi I'm trying to make a version of the main pacific campaign, I've edited using the editor to make a finish date of 1960, when I try it the date is still 1946 for end date (looking at options once the game starts). Is this a problem? will the game end in 1960? I've reedited and the user campaign thinks it ends in 1960.

You'll have to edit the Victory scripts as well and change the dates in those events to the desired date as needed.

After that ensure you recompile the victory script and save and it should do the trick.

The alternative is to disable the victory scripts in game under the Advanced -> Scripts Options screen.
