Terrain cost chart?

Is there somewhere the cost for each terrain depending of weather and transport network?

Still a bit confused by what. I have as a current example marsh + mud = 2 and adjacent to it, clear terrain + mud + road = 2 too.
I would have said that the first case should have cost more e.g. Basically I'm in trouble in knowing the 'lay of the land'... Can't predict anything.

I don't have the Manual in front of me at the moment, but mousing over a hex once you've clicked on a unit should give you an idea on the added movement penalty.

I believe mud will only add a penalty to typically clear terrain and not add an extra penalty to let's say a marsh, and paved roads will negate the effect of mud but only if travelling along the direction of the road.

However if travelling along a dirt road it will not negate the mud penalty effect.
