This is the famous "red tails" or the Tuskeegee Airmen, the first African-American air force unit. I noticed when opening the squadron detail panel that you didn't have any of the historical pilot names, not even Benjamin O Davis Jr., who went on to become the first African-American general in the Air Force. Here's a list of many of the names of the actual pilots of this unit.
