Had to modify some unit markers for the naval mod. All the markers converted for the Allies but the German and Italians won't change from the stock. I tried "refreshing bitmaps", saving, shutting down program, shutting down computer, making sure Localization file is correct and nothing will get those two country's markers to change from the stock.

I changed the Allied and Axis minor after I did Germany and Italy and both of those switched.

Any suggestions?

With the Campaign open, if you go to:

Campaign -> Edit Major Country IDs Data

In the top middle are a list of the Majors, and here you can check by clicking on Germany and Italy what their Bitmaps Display Source is (in the top right).

Do the Display Source numbers match up with the folders where you've edited the graphics?
