Upfront: i don't claim to be bright. BUT i have played War in the East numerous times. For the life of me, i cannot figure out how to move the units in WiW...How is this done? Please provide this idiot simple instructions as it is not the same as WiE...thank you.

The movement phase happens after the air phase. You have to click end turn first for the air phase to end and then you can move units normally.
