Larry,
I haven't updated yet to be able to see the latest scenario versions.
Curious if the map still shows a "Neuberg" airfield NE of Frankfurt? Not sure who to inform, but I think the designer meant "Neuburg", a German fighter base about halfway between Nurnberg and Munich. The German fighter unit depicted next to Frankfurt in the scenario should also be at Neuburg, not adjacent to Frankfurt.
There was an airfield in that hex by Frankfurt -- Hanau Army Airfield. Late Cold War saw V Corps helos based out of there.
Cheers

If you're talking about the *.SCE files I'm pretty sure any version will read those.
Saved games are a different matter.

I haven't been able to read the newer *.sce files. They're apparently compressed because of their size. That wasn't the case for 4.0.0.11.
Cheers

What in the world version are you using?
Have you considered maybe upgrading?

Version 4.0.0.11 (what comes with the download upon purchase as of a month ago). Upgrade, at some point ... there are still comments coming that leave less than excited about installing 4.1.0.20. I'll try it at a point when I'm willing to mess with my system for a few hours.
Anyway, if you're contact with the scenario author, or if he reads these forums ... just thought I would mention the airbase's true location.
Cheers

You shouldn't have any problems with
4.1.0.4 because that's what I'm using and there's been no problems so far except with the PBEM++ system and that's a separate problem entirely.

Roger that feedback on Neuburg. I am on it. Next patch should have it.
