I've been trying to extricate/migrate a saved game file to export it to another PC or support, but so far....cannot find any saved games file whatsoever in game's directory??

It's in your Docs folder

C:\Users\<YOU>\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - World at War\Save
