Where is ROP Gold patch 1.11 file

I bought ROP original from Gamersgate and upgrade kit from Matrix.
See in the forum that patch 1.11 is up for download 5 years ago.
I look in my product page and it didn't show patch 1.11 for DL
only ROP Gold upgrade kit 1.10 there.
I follow the link provided in AGEOD forum which link to FTP Matrix server
also not work.
Already the check for update from launcher screen and end up in error.
ftp...matrixgames.../RiseOfPrussiaGold/RiseOfPrussiaGold-update...
