Seems I cant install my game !!!!

You should contact Matrix customer support.

Is this during the installation of the game or after, when attempting to run the game?
If this is during the installation please make sure you type in the serial number in manually via the keyboard in the format of XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and not to copy and paste the serial only you could be copying not only the serial number but the white spaces on either side of the serial number.

Download the last beta patch from the Member's area and then apply the hotfix from the forum post below:
tm.asp?m=4580031

That works if the latest beta patch is a full install (about 700 MB). If the patch is only an EXE then you need to first download and install version 2.7.1 from the members club.

then install 02.09.05.00
and then install the hotfix ..??
is that the right order ..??

The beta patch is around 700mb.
But you can install 2.7.1., 2.09.05 and then the hotfix.

so the next is the updater fix whiich is the hotfix??

As long you've installed the beta patch 2.09.04 before installing the hotfix 2.09.05.
Otherwise install beta patch 2.09.04 and then reinstall the hotfix.

The beta patch can be downloaded from the Member's area.
