Hopefully this update will be available on Steam soon. I haven't been able to play the game since the introduction of the "engage offensive" bug.

It's already there for me. The new build number is 998.18 (it was 998.17), though the "What's New" PDF was not updated.

Steam even gave me a 25% discount for buying The King of the Border as part of the "Season 3" pack, even though I already had the other 2 LIVE scenarios of the pack, so instead of $2.99 (plus tax), I got it for $2.24 (plus tax).
