Hi guys

Trying to update the game (currently V1.0) from the load screen but it keeps coming up with error message update info could not be downloaded.

normally that's a permissions issue, eg you didn't install the game as admin and run the game as admin so it's not setup the correct file permissions etc, as it hasn't given your firewall and AV permissions to run, so either do it manually, meaning going in and letting it by your firewall and advanced permissions in the AV, or uninstall and reinstall with right click install as admin and right click run as admin, then you won't have any issues

plus if you can't do a auto update, you can always do a manual one from your members account, where the download permissions and install rights aren't as hard, but if then it stops you, you will need to alter some of your settings, which like i've mentioned above would be done automatically but installing and running as admin
