In a PBEM, the Axis have not attacked New Guinea and the Solomons, although the Japanese are at war with the Commonwealth. It is 1943 and both remain neutral. This seems strange since both were UK possessions...shouldn't they enter the war when the UK is attacked?

Do you recall if Japan declared war on the Commonwealth countries, or did the Allies declare war on Japan?

Also, is the Solomons' Mobilization level steadily increasing?

Hi - I believe Japan declared on Commonwealth but cannot recall with 100 percent certainty. However Japan never attacked New Guinea and it remains at 0% Allies and neutral. I am thinking of attacking it with UK to open it up, but am not sure what the consequences will be! Right now New Guinea is a blissful neutral zone.

I think we might be missing something for New Guinea (I'll investigate), but for the Solomons this does seem odd, as if the Axis declare war on any of the following, then the Solomons will mobilize:

USA; Philippines; UK; Hong Kong; Thailand; Malaya; Burma; India; Brunei; Sarawak

The same error is with Nigeria.
