Canadian Amphibs are not displaying their Amphib Tech level on the counters.

I'm attempting to attach a picture from my desktop and am getting a message saying C:\Fakepath\<filename> is not supported.

Got the same message from a different Browser.

Possible contribution to the error:
Amphibs were launched previous turn (didn't check the display on that turn).
At the End of Turn, the UK got a Ambhib Tech breakthrough meaning the Tech level increased while they were in the water.
The Amphibs were upgraded (as evidenced shown via properties), but the display on the counter disappeared.

Attempting to embed picture on a different computer (although both are Win7) still gets the Fakepath issue.
Might have something to do with Tuesday's MS updates

Thanks Taxman66 as I can see it is just a display issue (which is good) and not the case that the AT did not receive the updated action point boost.

I'll fix this for the next update.
