Window cuts off bottom and right of screen.

Hi just purchased this. Opening screen is ok but I can't see the bottom or right of screen and so can't play it.
Using laptop with 1980x1080 resolution, have selected that in the menu screen of game but still get this problem.
Please help, really want to get this working.
