Trying to register TOAOW I bought a while ago so I can download version and then apply latest on top. When putting in serial number from purchase email I get message "key already used".

Can't be as I own the game, never registered it myself, never shared serial.

I have had this message before trying to register some of my many matrix games so I have given up registering them. But seems like I need to register TOAOW to get the next to latest update.

Help please - I can send purchase email to support if needed.

You need to contact the support team. They really do a great job.

Thanks for quick replies. With your tip Vpaulus I realized that was exactly what was up - over years and many gamesI had used two logons.

Logging on this morning into members' section and using the old logon matrix had a really nice popup that noted the multiple logon problem, I clicked a button to merge them, and viola!


All my games are now under the one michaelincol logon. Downloading the TOAOW updates now and enjoying having all my games together in system.
