Germany took Vichy via DE.
UK liberated Vichy and 4 Vichy units appeared (2 naval & 2 corps).
Later, Paris was liberated and the DE to incorporate Vichy into liberated France was chosen.

However, the Vichy units were not removed from the map. Vichy minor country was removed from the UK production screen.

Thanks for this and currently we don't have anything in place to handle that for units, but I'll add it to the list.

FYI, the notes of the DE to reincorporate Vichy state that current Vichy units will be removed.
