Stock Scenario 2 - Allied Opponent wanted - Closed

Looking for an allied opponent for scen 2!
playing with the latest beta patch and the pwhexe (I can provide this file if not available to you) ensuring stacking limits are in place (making china and burma much more realistic).

allied damage control ON
non riliable USN torpedoes
fixed reinforcements and withdrawals
House rules I would go with the standard ones here around the forum, like no orders from allied player on turn one as well as no CV or other TF hunting for the jap player as well as no unrealistic invasions with the speed bonus on turn one, jap player must attack PH with complete KB.
Other HR I once collected and can be discussed per pm
Like to have good relation and discussion with my opponent (also open to discuss new HR or change the ones in place during the game) so skype would also be a possibility.
