Hi everybody,

The US MMPs represent the US total war production capability; so I think that the resources sent to the Allies via Lend-Lease should be subtracted from the total available for the US Army and US Navy.

I did not find mention in the manual; how are they currently treated?

I believe they are, and reflected so in the end of turn summary

Anything sent by convoy from a Major is deducted from their MPP totals and sent to another. The exact amount sent can be adjusted in the Convoy screen too, and there will be times when you'll want to do this.
