newbie sends greetings

Hello all.
I just got Uncommon Valor and wanted to say hello to all you grognards out there.
I've had a lot of fun with Avalon Hill's Flat Top and was happy to find Uncommon Valor on the store shelf. The game looks great.
I hope to be able to PBEM shortly after I learn the game.

yea flat top was a great game...i have 2 copys and wish i could find someone in ohio to play against

Another Newbie here and I am looking forward to learning to playn the game. I find the manual very cumbersome so if you fell like helping me out then drop me a line at

You will win the first few, but i catch on pretty quick

Do you know if there are rules for pbm flattop? I have the same problem in California. I would love to get the chance to play it again.
