Hello people,

I think I ran into a bug, or I am missing something. Italy is at war with the allies (I invaded Egypt) but my sub can't attack that English sub.

Sorry just noticed the other topic, I should have replied there instead creating a new topic

Subs can't attack each other, just ships and transports.
