OOB patch update

I know the designers are busy on the latest OOB patch update, but any idea when it might be ready ?
No one has answered, Ballan, because they aren't quite through with it as yet. They are working and trying to get it as right as they can.
Actually, it should be there now, but there was a lot of work to do, and as you may know, tackling OOB files is no quick job.
