[FIXED B1009.27.6] Black Gold Blitz still bugged

After updating to 998.19, which should have fixed "Empty map after saved game loading",
some new and even bigger issues occured:
When you start a new game (Saudi Arabia or Iran doesn't matter)
- Planes assigned to a mission will not launch
- You can manually fly a plane directly into enemy airspace. No missiles or enemy a/c will be launched.
- Ballistic missiles are not detected and not shown on the map. I think that behaved differently back in January 2019.

Is there any chance of an update on this scenario?

The issues mentioned above are still present after the latest round of hotfixes.

I found a lets play from Nov 2017 and the initial ballistic missile attack was definitely visible and intercepted there (I'm assuming that this was the intent of the scenario designer).

This is still being worked on. The fix ended up being far more elaborate than originally estimated. We may have something about this on the next update. Thanks for your patience!
