Hello, during our game the Russian capital move from moskow to another city then to another city (the last one should be Orel but I can check), without asking anything and Moskow wasn't even threat (Barbarossa was at its begin).
The problem is that now I have the capital where I don't want and I have serious supply issues.

This also happened in a game between Nicholas and myself. Which we started over.

Recommend you not make any moves until you hear from the developers.

Sorry about the trouble guys, I believe this issue will be put to rest with the v1.16 update that will be available fairly soon if all goes well.
