Limited mouse movement

I just upgraded to the latest patch for OoB (7.1.4). After I launch the game, I cannot move the mouse to the right or bottom of the screen. I am playing the game in full screen mode, so this means I can't click any of the buttons. I can move the mouse to the top and left of my screen. Any ideas? Thank you!

The latest patch is 7.1.6 !

Delete the Settings folder that can be found in the Windows documents folder at:
...\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2
