I think I'm missing something obvious, can anyone explain why I cannot reorg the two french units located in Germany by the Georges HQ? The weather is fine, the reorg range is 3 mot points right? and those units are 3 mot points away right from the HQ? What else am I missing?

Edit: The save game is actually saved with version 2.7.5, but I loaded it in 2.9.5, same thing happens.

Worked it out.

Path is traced HQ to the unit(s), which is 4 mot points away. Not from the Unit to the HQ. I knew it was "obvious"!!

It's subtleties like this, that is unique to WiF.
