Tried re installing it doesnt work

i am using win 10 on a brand new top range pc]
error is NGC.exe d3dx9_43.dll

This is no good

that's because windows 10 doesn't come with DX9 etc,

tm.asp?m=4181735

easy to fix, just install it, good luck

and game work fine with windows 10 once the pre requsites are installed etc

as always, install and admin and run as admin, plus pre sorts all games out
