Thinking about trying my hand at modding and was planning on creating something along the lines of Avalon Hill's venerable board wargame, Tactics II. Loved this classic and it was in fact the game that got me hooked into wargaming. I really want this to be a HtH so I was wondering which game to create the mod in to ensure maximum player pool. Any ideas or suggestions?

If you have both, I'd probably go for World at War as being a newer game it's forum is a bit more active, i.e. it'll be easier to attract attention to your mod here.

Other than that, it doesn't really matter. [:)]
