OT: German expertise sought

Greetings to the Germans reading this!
A friend and I are planning to spend two days at Oktoberfest this year.
I realize that hotels in Munich are difficult to get during the Fest and very expensive. I am also concerned about being able to get reserved seats at a table in one of the big beer tents.
My question: Do you have recommendations as to a good firm that can assist with hotels, table spots, and so forth at Oktoberfest? Is this something Neckermann can handle, or are there travel firms better suited for Oktoberfest plans?
