The 1.03 patch is not available anywhere and the update function of the game doesn't work. What do?

login to your members area and see, all the games registered will have the latest patch there also to download, if you can't get the in game auto updater to work for you

just register you key in your members account and grab the file direct from there

That worked, thank you. Now, is there any reason why sandbox games never load the full order of battle unless it's a 'Hunt Them Down' scenario?

attack or defence sandbox are limited to a corps because of closeness of deployment; if a full army is deployed the troops risk to start merged with the enemy.
